Two formulas. Evidence behind both.
Longevity is led by 1,000 mg curcumin. Mobility is led by 100 mg boswellia extract providing 30 mg AKBA. Start with the headline human results, then follow every finding to its source.
The headline results
Curcumin fights inflammation.
In an eight-week controlled human trial, 1,000 mg curcuminoids with piperine lowered a blood marker of inflammation by 33% from its starting level. A review covering 103 randomized human trials rated the evidence for lowering the same marker as high certainty.

Boswellia reduces joint pain.
In a 90-day controlled human trial, 100 mg boswellia extract providing 30 mg AKBA improved a standard knee-pain score by 48.83% compared with placebo. A second 90-day trial reported a 31.6% improvement in knee pain versus placebo.
